Carol will meet and greet you when you come to visit. Carol handles all incoming calls, and can schedule an appointment for us to visit in person, or over the phone for any of your investment questions, or just to touch base.  As Director of Communications, Carol is very busy coordinating all of the correspondence, the Weekly Market Commentary, as well as all the client events that we hold.  If you moved, Carol will make all necessary changes.  Also, please call Carol for reservations for any of our client events. Angela will handle all of your client service administrative questions.  She can help you if you need a withdrawal (monthly income or a one-time withdrawal) or to establish a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD).
